About Prestige Southern Star.
Prestige Southern Star is a Prestige Group apartment project at Akshayanagar, off Bannerghatta Road in south Bengaluru. Prestige lists the site at 32.5 acres with 2,130 homes in 14 towers of up to 27 floors, laid out in two blocks joined by a bridge. Homes run from a 695 sq.ft. 1 BHK to a 2,774 sq.ft. 4 BHK, and possession on the RERA registration is September 2029.
Prestige now quotes ₹2.40 Cr onwards, with a car park included. GST, about ₹361 per sq.ft. of utility, maintenance and generator charges, and stamp duty come on top. Under the Two Good plan on the June 2026 list you pay 25% at booking and allotment, then nothing until July 2028.
The brochure lists three pools, including an Olympic length pool and a kids' pool with a glass floor, a one acre sports district and a clubhouse with a mini theatre and spa, with views of Begur Lake. Singasandra metro station is 3 km away and Electronic City 5 km. Kitchens are handed over without a counter or dado, and full power backup for the flat costs extra.
