What a channel partner is

Same price as walking in. A second opinion for free.

Developers sell partly through their own sales teams and partly through authorised channel partners. When you buy through us, you pay the developer's price, exactly the same price as walking into the sales office alone, and the developer pays us a commission from their side.

That means we have no incentive to push you toward a more expensive flat. We have a strong incentive to help you pick one you will not regret, because this business runs on referral.

Why we publish cost sheets

The real number, before the site visit.

The standard practice in Bengaluru real estate is to advertise a base rate and reveal the real number at booking. We think that is a bad trade: it wins one site visit and loses the buyer's trust at the exact moment they are deciding.

So we publish the full break-up up front (car park, clubhouse, infrastructure, GST, sinking fund) along with carpet area, efficiency and the actual floor plates. If a project looks worse under that light, we would rather you found out from us than from a competitor.
