Prestige's Urban Townhouses at Devanahalli are a pre-launch collection of just 60 row villas on about 9 acres in North Bengaluru. There are two types, the ~4,000 sq.ft. Royale and the ~5,000 sq.ft. Magnus, both with private gardens, oversized outdoor decks and light-filled formal and informal living spaces.
Prestige's published material places it 5 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, 15 minutes from the STRR and 8 minutes from Prestige Forum Mall & Tech Cloud, with two metro stations within 5 km and Aerospace Park next door.
