Garden Breeze is a Prestige Group apartment project of 655 homes on 10 acres inside The Prestige City, the developer's township at Ittangur off Sarjapur Road. It is registered with Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/080926/008919.
There are four towers. Tower 1 rises to ground plus 27 floors and Towers 2, 3 and 4 to ground plus 30. Homes come in three types: the 2 Bed Optima from 1,081 to 1,138 sq ft, the 3 Bed Aspire from 1,464 to 1,564 sq ft and the 3 Bed Premia from 1,717 to 1,789 sq ft, all super built up area.
Prestige now quotes ₹1.39 Cr onwards. GST and other charges come on top: power, water, generator, two years of advance maintenance and a corpus add about ₹405 per sq.ft. plus ₹25,000 at possession. Payment is calendar linked: 20% up front, then 3.2% every two months from December 2026 to November 2030.
